Bourbon arabica grown at 1,500–2,000 m by partner cooperatives in the North Kivu highlands, near Lake Kivu. Cherries are picked ripe, pulped, fermented and washed, then dried on raised beds down to 11% moisture. In the cup: citrus, red fruit and caramel, with bright acidity and a round body. Supplied green for roasters in 60 kg jute bags with a hermetic liner; roasting and retail packing available on request.
