By accessing and using TradeInDRC, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement and the laws of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
TradeInDRC is an official B2B trade portal connecting verified Congolese businesses with international buyers and partners. The platform provides company directory services, secure messaging, and trade opportunity listings.
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
Company verification is conducted by authorized Ministry of Trade representatives. The "Verified" badge is a government-issued status. Submission of fraudulent documents will result in immediate account termination, blacklisting, and may lead to legal action under the DRC Penal Code.
Users agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to spam other users, or to misrepresent their identity or business credentials.
All content on TradeInDRC, including logos, text, and images, is the property of the DRC government or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
TradeInDRC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
